In the recent Alberta Express Entry stream draw took place on 5 July 2019, Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (A.I.N.P.) welcomed 180 applicants to apply for a nomination from the Alberta province. The least Comprehensive Ranking System (C.R.S.) score for candidates who received Invitation was as low as 425.
Through this stream, Alberta PNP selects applicants from the pool of federal Express Entry who satisfy the qualification criteria of the stream. The aspirants who receive a provincial nomination from the province of Alberta will obtain an extra 600 score points in the Comprehensive Ranking System (C.R.S.) that would insure them an invitation to apply for Canada PR in the following Express Entry draws.
To be suitable and to be considered below the Alberta Express Entry stream, an appellant does not require a job offer or prior work experience in Alberta. However, he/she need to demonstrate powerful links to Alberta and must have proven work experience in a profession that supports the economic growth and diversification advantages of the province.
A sum of 17 Alberta Express Entry draws has been held so far in 2019 in which a sum of 3996 Notifications of Interest has been announced. The minimum C.R.S. cut off score in all the conducted draws was 425. This is very less related to the cut-off C.R.S score 460 in the most current federal Express Entry draw. Alberta has requested applicants with C.R.S. scores as less as 300 to apply for a nomination from the province in 2019. The minimum C.R.S. score for 3 draws conducted in 2019 was 301, and for the other one, it was 302.
